GLOW is a compounded combination of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. The blend brings together three peptides that are separately discussed in research involving cellular signaling, tissue biology, and recovery-related pathways.
What Is GLOW?
GLOW is not a single naturally occurring peptide. It is a compounded formulation that combines GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 into one preparation.
Each component has a different proposed biological role. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding peptide studied in skin and tissue-remodeling biology. BPC-157 has been studied primarily in laboratory and animal models involving gastrointestinal and tissue-repair pathways. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide fragment associated with thymosin beta-4 research.
Research on the individual ingredients should not be interpreted as clinical evidence that the combined GLOW formulation is safe or effective.

The evidence base differs substantially among the three components. GHK-Cu has a long history of laboratory research and some human research involving topical formulations. BPC-157 and TB-500 rely much more heavily on preclinical data.
Importantly, there are not robust controlled human clinical trials establishing the safety or effectiveness of the compounded GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500 combination commonly referred to as GLOW.
For that reason, claims about injury healing, skin rejuvenation, hair growth, inflammation, or accelerated recovery should not be presented as established outcomes of the blend.
