KLOW
KLOW is a compounded blend that combines GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV in one formulation. Each component has been studied separately in different areas of cellular signaling, tissue biology, inflammatory pathways, and repair-related research.
What Is KLOW?
KLOW is not a single peptide. It is a multi-peptide formulation that combines GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV.
GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide studied in skin and extracellular-matrix biology. BPC-157 has been investigated mainly in preclinical research involving tissue, vascular, and gastrointestinal pathways. TB-500 is associated with thymosin beta-4-related research involving cell migration and cytoskeletal biology. KPV is a short tripeptide derived from alpha-MSH that has been studied in inflammatory signaling.
Published research on the individual ingredients should not be interpreted as evidence that the combined KLOW formulation has proven clinical effects.
Four Peptides. Four Research Areas.
- GHK-Cu: studied in copper signaling, extracellular-matrix biology, skin remodeling, and wound research
- BPC-157: investigated mainly in preclinical tissue, vascular, tendon, and gastrointestinal research
- TB-500: associated with research involving actin regulation, cell migration, and tissue-remodeling pathways
- KPV: studied in laboratory models involving inflammatory signaling and alpha-MSH-related pathways
What Does the Research Show?
The four KLOW components have very different evidence bases. GHK-Cu has a substantial laboratory history and some human research involving topical formulations. BPC-157 and TB-500 rely primarily on preclinical research, while KPV has been studied mainly in cell and animal models involving inflammatory pathways.
There are not robust controlled human clinical trials establishing the safety or effectiveness of the combined GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500 / KPV formulation commonly referred to as KLOW.
For that reason, claims about accelerated healing, inflammation reduction, skin rejuvenation, gut health, injury recovery, or performance should not be presented as established outcomes of the blend.
Why Patients Ask About KLOW
Goals commonly discussed include:

These are discussion areas, not approved indications or guaranteed treatment outcomes.
What to Know
KLOW is not an FDA-approved drug or FDA-approved combination. Research on the individual ingredients does not establish the safety or effectiveness of the compounded four-peptide blend.
FDA has identified safety concerns or limited human safety information for several peptides used in formulations of this type, including potential concerns related to immunogenicity and peptide-related impurities.
A provider should review your health history, medications, treatment goals, formulation, route of administration, and available alternatives before any compounded peptide therapy is considered.
